HR Coordination

  • Develop policies and processes as and when required. Help in standardization of processes across all the companies in the group.
  • Be actively involved in employee engagement through Social Committees.
  • Assist with new employee orientations.
  • Own and ensure all day to day HR functions are executed smoothly
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Administer Health & Safety processes and procedures
  • Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
  • Liaise with other departments or functions as required for completion of day to day activities
  • Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes as required
  • Assist with various HR projects as required
  • HRIS System :

  • Work together with the HR and IT team to ensure smooth functioning of HRIS system across all the Clear Summit Group Companies
  • Ensure all new hires are oriented on the HR System
  • Ensure data is accurately updated and maintained on a regular basis for all new hires and exits across all companies.
  • Troubleshoot and handle employee queries as and when required
