FIIX is an internal Maintenance Service Request system used across various Canopy sites. We are seeking an individual to join our Maintenance team to drive efficiency and assist in the prompt resolution of Maintenance requests.
Our ideal candidate is maintenance-minded with excellent computer, communication and organizational skills. This individual will possess strong problem-
solving abilities, be flexible and able to multitask while maintaining a positive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Daily monitoring of FIIX System Consolidating FIIX Tickets against Maintenance Logs Assist Maintenance teams in prioritizing Tickets and escalating when required Maintaining Maintenance logs and FIIX System records Ensuring Ticket statuses are updated accordingly as work progresses / reaches completion Other duties as assigned Experience and Background Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician considered an asset Experience with data entry and data tracking systems an asset Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel Ability to communicate effectively with team members and staff across all business unites Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
