What you’ll do

  • Manage Identity and Access Management services for the Enterprise under IT Security which includes the responsibility for maintaining operational process and procedures in support of Security Policies and Standards, Compliance to IT General Controls and Audit related controls.
  • Lead team of direct reports responsible to : Enhance, Develop and Maintain Identity Management infrastructureManage the lifecycle of employee and 3rd party access through onboarding, access changes and off-
  • boardingPerform user administration across various application and systems including Active Directory, ACF / 2, Linux and assorted business facing applications.

  • Lead continuous improvement activities for Identity and Access Management in the organization to leverage the capabilities of platforms to enhance cybersecurity posture.
  • Act as a lead driving IDAM capabilities for project initiatives to deliver new identity capabilities including but not limited to SSO, PAM, Password Management, etc.
  • Lead and maintain Role Based Access across the organization ·Build and foster relationships cross functionally in the organization with key stakeholders, leaders, and technology teams ·Ensure that newly adopted cybersecurity platforms are transitioned into operational capabilities for identity management.
  • Support IT audit requirements to meet various compliance programs including PCI, CEO / CFO Certification, Internal / External Audit and OSFI through the collection and review of evidence.
  • Develop and enhance processes to ensure platforms and technologies comply with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance processes.
  • Ensure service / change requests, and incidents, are addressed meeting SLA. ·Execute reporting on Identity and Access Management cybersecurity performance metrics.
  • Performance reviews and goal setting for team members ·Provide coaching, feedback and mentoring of team members. ·Maintain expertise on technologies in IDAM.
  • Escalates any material cyber related issues and observed non-compliance or unethical behaviour.   • What you’ve done ·University degree or College diploma in technology or business-related discipline ·10+ years of IT Security or IT Audit background ·Experience in and strong knowledge of risk governance and compliance, security, and IT operations ·Experience with Identity and Access Management technologies including : Active Directory, LDAP, NIS, ACF / 2, Tivoli Identity Manager, RSA Via Lifecycle & Governance and CA Identity Manager, Privilege Access management ·Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-

  • technical business partners and influence / persuade a different point of view ·Ability to clearly and confidently communicate written and verbal recommendations;
  • articulating risks and trade-offs ·Excellent relationship management, consulting, and problem-solving skills ·Exceptional time management and self-
