Job Description :

Education Level : Bachelor degree

Languages : English

Completed years of experience related to the job offer : 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.

Qualifications :

GMP (Good Manufactures Practice) certification required, WHMIS certification required, Verbal communication skill required, driver license, good physical condition, be able to lift, attention to detail.

Working Schedule : 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week

Salary offered : 28 / hr

Main Duties :

  • Responsible for receipt of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, clear the customs and take the material back from air cargo.
  • When receiving the material by courier, check the API package and fill the form by SOP
  • Informing the Quality department of any anomaly : damaged packaging, product error, quantity error, odor, appearance..etc..
  • Coordinating with the QA department to ensure the entire production department can finish jobs in compliance with GMP, FDA and Health Canada regulations.
  • Relabeling for APIs based on the worksheet issued by the QA department.
  • Handling of sampling if required and send to third party or company's lab for testing.
  • Responsible for daily calibration for all equipment including scales, thermostat, dehumidifier, bio-cabinet...etc.
  • Responsible for all activities in the cleanroom which are re-packaging the drugs in the different jars under bio-cabinet and Hood by SOP instruction, filling in the log record for entering and exiting from the cleanroom, cleaning the cleanroom and bio-cabinet and Hood based on cleaning protocol and procedure.
  • Receiving and shipping according to Quality Department’s Order.
  • Purchasing all shipping supplies to maintain normal business operating.
  • Monitoring all the outbound shipments and dealing with any problems while shipments are in transit to clients
  • Booking airline or courier service for shipment to customers, coordinating with broker and forwarder to clear the customs and FDA-Understand IATA regulations of DG packaging and declaration.
  • Arrange daily shipments according to customer orders and preparing all the paperwork.
  • Coordinating with 3PL distributors in the US for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Counting and quarantine shelf inventory weekly, reporting to inventory control manager.
