The Content Administrator provides technology specific support to Solution Architects and our Sales Team. This is done by creating Statements of Work (SOW), managing Sales force queues, while also providing input relative to customer trends and surfacing market demands.

Prepare Security based reports for the Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity teams. The Content Administrator develops and maintains effective working relationships with sellers, business partners and the service delivery team.

What you'll do :

  • Provide pre-sales services support for Services Solutions opportunities to Solution Architects and Sales for assigned geographies and segments not limited to server, storage & virtualization.
  • Establish & maintain relationships with Solution Architects, technical leads and business partners to build and generate business opportunities.
  • Provide appropriate services solutions to support customer's needs. Communicate with customers and potential customers, create and deliver polished SOWs and quotes;
  • and provide timely and accurate work estimates for customers.

  • Understand CDW services methodology and the ability to interpret to internal and external customer.
  • Management of peer review process for converged technology opportunities
  • Collaborate with CDW delivery team for accuracy of service opportunities
  • Prepare Contract and deliverable Risk Advisory reports
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Works through other CDW departments to resolve issues and support the sales effort
  • What you need to succeed :

    Must have :

  • Demonstrated proficiency of written and verbal communication skills (including technical writing and presentations) with ability to communicate and collaborate effectively both internally and externally
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems / opportunities
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Nice-to-have

  • Experience administering contracts within the IT or a similar industry
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Agiloft
