Works with other teams to ensure change management processes for more complex issues are met.Communicates best practices and changes to leadership.

Acts as a project manager to shape priorities, identify scope and standardizing tools and processes. Serves as an expert of knowledge concerning business processes.

The IA Product Owner (IAPO) is responsible for the design, development and delivery of all planning and work associated with the delivery of IA solutions for the company.

The IAPO is a thought leader, with a business and technical mindset, who not only sets direction, but leads project execution. In detail, the IAPO :

  • Delivers necessary work for IA solution definition + design + delivery process including;
  • Development of methodology for IA team to solution delivery
  • Gathers required information and data as part of IA process
  • Pipeline candidate identification, evaluation and selection
  • Lean process improvement, process mapping, solution design + architecture, technical requirements, etc.
  • Serves as customer (internal stakeholder), market and relevant stakeholder proxy / voice
  • Is responsible for IA solution delivery - acting as : Scrum Master Leader / manager of IA agile solution delivery team Works daily to deliver solution with SME, developers and other stakeholders Defines stories and prioritize backlog Project Manager for each IA solution;
  • Planning, roadmap, documentation, updates etc. Streamlines execution of program priorities while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity of solution Coordination and securing of appropriate infrastructure, licenses, user id’s, technology and approvals related to project Coordinates work with relevant technology, legal, operations and HR personnel for provisioning, control, security etc.

    Quality control lead Responsible for all approvals related to change in scope, features, work approvals and completion Manages test and deployment process IA operations Established operational control procedures Develops monitoring and management plan (control room)

  • Works with IA country lead to : Prioritize pipeline / work, develop methodology, develop country plans, prioritize work Develops L&D curriculum to scale model Recruit team Develop and socialize program, vision, mission etc.
  • Ensure appropriate change management and stakeholder communication
