The KeyAccount Manager acts as primary contact for Platinum and Gold Partner inassigned territory which consists of MO, KS, AR, Northern LA and MS,proactively manages their relationships and deploys all sales actions in orderto grow business.
Main responsibilities :
BusinessDevelopment and Account Management
BuildRelationships with key personnel and those partners who drive Pelco business
a. 70%of time should be spent with Platinum and Gold partners and 10% with Silver.
b. Developopportunities with partner personnel in assigned territory
c. Actas primary contact for Platinum and Gold Partners in assigned Territory
d. Secondarycontact for Silver or non-partners (field support only)
Supportlocal requests from partners to visit potential end users
Supporttraining and marketing activities
a. Provideany training to Partner personnel on Pelco products
b. Conduct demos ofproducts for Partner personnel or any requested customers in assigned territory.
c. Communicate anykey information (new products, announcements, promotions) to local personnel.
d. Executelocal partner events and within assigned territories
Conductquarterly business reviews and Monthly pipeline reviews with Platinum and GoldPartners in territory.
Developbusiness plans for Platinum and Gold partners in assigned territory.
Workwith distribution Field manager to review monthly POS reports to identify keyindirect dealers to target for Partner status, but not necessarily to sign upas direct accounts.
Shareany potential leads or opportunities with end users to the end user sales teams
Conductjoint calls with partners and end users
UpholdPelco’s commitment to excellence standards at all times
Performother related duties as assigned.

POSSales and direct bookings for all accounts in assigned territory
Platinumand Gold Accounts Total Pipeline in assigned territory

This jobmight be for you if :
Bachelor’sdegree in a technical area
Minimum5 years experience of Security Solutions sales required
Establishedrelationships and demonstrated success with key partner of the industry
Indepth knowledge of the video security industry and specifically Pelco productlines and technologies.
Provencompetencies in business development and account management
Strongcommunication skills, both oral and written, ability to communicate with alllevels of the organization
Stronglistening and presentation skills; tailoring the approach according to customerneeds. high level of empathy
Provennegotiation skills; Ability to close business while achieving a high level ofcustomer and partner satisfaction; drive for results
Abilityto establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers,company management, and fellow employees.
Candidateshould bring a high quantitative level of energy and prospect calling on newtargets.
