As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client in Ville Saint-Laurent you will have the opportunity to contribute to the complete recruitment cycle and become a true partner to various teams within an innovative organization.

Responsibilities

oDevelop innovative talent attraction strategies to meet the organization’s current and future needs.

oContinuously cultivate and evaluate the channels and methods for new candidate screening.

oDiscover new ways to transform recruitment practices. Maximize research skills and professional network to attract top talent.

oWork closely with managers and HR business partners to increase efficiency.

oAdvise and influence managers throughout the recruitment process.

oEnsure the highest service level standards for both candidates and hiring managers.

oPromote a pro-active recruitment culture with managers and various partners.

oCollaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and in developing staffing solutions.

oPromote our core values and promote our employer brand.

oContribute to the improvement of the talent-acquisition processes.

oManage or participate in various projects associated with talent acquisition, employer branding, resource development and related fields.

Education

oBachelor’s degree in human resources / industrial relations or a related field; and,

oMember of Quebec’s professional order of certified human resources advisors is an asset.

Qualifications

  • oMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment;
  • oExperience in a recruitment firm would be an asset;
  • oComfortable using social media as a source of recruitment and positioning of the company’s branding;
  • oStrong interpersonal skills supporting team work and collaboration;
  • oAbility to guide and influence managers in the area of talent acquisition;
  • oRecruitment experience with various positions, including a range of categories;
  • oBilingualism required Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • oResults-focused analysis and synthesis skills;
  • oDemonstrate good judgment and diplomacy;
  • oStrong organizational skills, priority management, autonomy;
  • oFamiliar with skills-based interview techniques and very strong knowledge of innovative recruitment practices;
  • oDrive for results and sense of urgency, with the ability to work under pressure while meeting high expectations;
  • oProficient in Microsoft Office suite tools, LinkedIn or other recruitment tools.
