Key Accountabilities :
Coordinates and facilitates the delivery of employee development programs to the frontline and entry level positions; this includes preparing and maintaining training materials and guides.
Processes employees training requests and changes; ensuring required forms are accurately completed.
Contributes to the design of training courses aimed primarily at front-line and administration employees.
Answers all inquiries or forward to the appropriate internal personnel.
Remains current in effective methods and various training tools used within the learning and development industry.
Produces written and electronic correspondence.
Acts as a resource to other staff within the department.
Remains current on course content.
Communicates observable employee development needs back to the business.
Experience and / or Educational Requirements :
3 - 4 years experience in a customer service or administration role.
1 - 2 years experience in adult learning and retail banking.
Working towards or completed a certificate, diploma, degree or designation program.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
Skills and Competencies :
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and aptitude to learn other programs.
Good problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
