  • Key Accountabilities :

  • Coordinates and facilitates the delivery of employee development programs to the frontline and entry level positions; this includes preparing and maintaining training materials and guides.
  • Processes employees training requests and changes; ensuring required forms are accurately completed.
  • Contributes to the design of training courses aimed primarily at front-line and administration employees.
  • Answers all inquiries or forward to the appropriate internal personnel.
  • Remains current in effective methods and various training tools used within the learning and development industry.
  • Produces written and electronic correspondence.
  • Acts as a resource to other staff within the department.
  • Remains current on course content.
  • Communicates observable employee development needs back to the business.
  • Experience and / or Educational Requirements :

  • 3 - 4 years experience in a customer service or administration role.
  • 1 - 2 years experience in adult learning and retail banking.
  • Working towards or completed a certificate, diploma, degree or designation program.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
  • Skills and Competencies :

  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and aptitude to learn other programs.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good presentation skills.
