We provide services for people with mental health issues such as mood disorders, severe anxiety disorders, eating disorders and psychosis that interfere with their proper functioning at home and with the people around them.

This program is for individuals who have not responded to previous treatments but who have coping forces that allow them to maintain their place in their community.

We are currently looking for a clinical research psychologist to fill a full-time position.

Clinical care :

The psychologist contributes to specialized psychotherapeutic activities in several fields of activity. He / she performs clinical evaluations, offers individual, group and family / couple consultations and also assumes responsibility for certain aspects of clinical programming.

Clinical research :

The psychologist contributes to an ongoing program of clinical research and to the evaluation of programs, collaborates in existing projects and also develops his own research. Requirements :

PhD in clinical psychology with experience in psychiatry;

Member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ);

Relevant clinical research experience including publications, academic presentations in

professional conferences and, ideally, obtaining research funds;

Clinical experience (individual and group) with adolescents with various diagnoses

eating disorders, anxiety, depression ...);

Proven ability as a speaker and clinical supervisor;

Demonstrated clinical experience and skill as a psychotherapist (preferably in individual, group and family / couple therapy, using therapy models that are seen as treatment best practices;

Experience in clinical interviews and psychological assessments using structured instruments;

Ability to intervene in crisis situations (eg suicide risk, self-mutilation);

Ability to work with client families and network partners;

Knowledge of the principles of interdisciplinary teamwork and demonstrated ability to work

collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment;

Ability to establish a therapeutic relationship and to do clinical work with a clientele French and
