Organize and facilitate strategic prioritization activities making it possible to create a request log and roadmap for the vision for the sector served, on a regular basis
Prepare communications and keep required tools updated to support the prioritization process that provides transparency and clarity regarding the strategic priorities of the sector served
Implement and monitor the execution process for multiple and varied requests, including strategic initiatives, continuous improvement requests, support requests and ad hoc requests not handled by established processes
Collaborate regularly with portfolio stakeholders, both IT and business, to resolve prioritization conflicts, detect possible discrepancies with the proposed roadmap and help develop contingency plans
Represent the sector served in the various planning priority-setting forums and participate in the tables that mobilize multiple sectors
Ensure the portfolio’s compliance with the standards established by the IT Portfolio Management Office
Be accountable for the entire request management process for the sector served
Provide a consolidated view of all relevant performance indicators and trends (security, finance, suppliers, project health, production environment, compliance, etc.

Manage the monitoring report-production process in order to provide regular and ad hoc reports on relevant supported activities to the various business and IT stakeholders
Analyze data and reports to identify underlying trends and major yield gaps and identify the root causes
Liaise with managers from the IT service delivery management team (assistant managers, directors, etc.) to fix yield gaps and develop relevant action plans
Act as a liaison between the performance team of an IT service delivery sector and the IT Performance and Governance group to guarantee the harmonization of practices and the compliance standards reports among the various performance analysis teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain things in common terms to both IT teams and business people
Excellent negotiation skills and advanced conflict resolution skills
High tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, administration or other relevant training of a similar level and five to seven years of experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of project management and related tools
Must be bilingual
Excellent analytical, coordination, teamwork, negotiation and decision-making skills
Ability to interact, maintain healthy relationships and influence senior management and the various key business unit stakeholders in their decision-
making processes, regardless of their hierarchical levels
Ability to promote innovation and continuous improvement in IT performance through analyses, new perspectives and concrete proposals
Knowledge of agile methodologies (including SAFe), Lean, with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps
Demonstrated knowledge of the financial services sector and business-related regulations - IIROC and MFDA (asset)
Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time (Montreal-Toronto-Quebec)
