Positioned within Meltwater's fastest-growing division, the Social Solutions Team, we are a full suite business-to-business Social Media solution, helping brands research, monitor, analyze, and manage social media channels and conversations.
This is a business-to-business sales and account management role that involves working with existing clients to help them optimize their Meltwater subscription and strategically expand the size of your portfolio over time.
This position deals with account renewals, account growth via upselling and cross-selling, and consultative selling.
Our clients are typically in the Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Departments, and we work directly with decision-makers in a very consultative fashion.
Meltwater isn’t a service that is used by just one industry, so you will get exposure to companies and organizations of all shapes and sizes across multiple verticals, helping you expand your business acumen all the time.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 100 clients, and you will be their dedicated Account Manager and point of contact at Meltwater, helping them to make the most of our cutting edge social media management and analytics tool.
