As a member of the SRCC Program Leadership Team, the Clinical Coordinator Outpatient Clinics & Systemic Therapy is responsible for providing oversight and clinical guidance to facilitate innovative, safe and high quality care for our patients receiving treatment within these clinics at the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre
RN Certificate or Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing Science
Minimum of 5-7 years recent and relevant clinical oncology experience
Minimum of three (3) years recent and relevant leadership experience in a hospital environment; Oncology Program experience strongly preferred
Experience in a Regional Cancer Centre considered an asset
RN Demonstrates knowledge in clinical practice in Medical / Radiation Oncology, Psychosocial Oncology & Palliative Care
Possesses highly developed analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and balance multiple, disparate tasks
Demonstrates an ability to provide leadership, support and critical analysis in stressful, complex clinical and emotional situations.
Demonstrates interpersonal, communication, coaching, mentoring and team building skills that facilitate positive interactions among all members of the health care team.
Demonstrates ability to introduce and effectively facilitate change.
Demonstrates a strong patient and customer focused philosophy in all interactions.
Demonstrates a commitment to professional development.
