Representing one of the most dynamic brands in the industry, the technical sales representative will provide technical support to builders, dealers and installers in the territory.
Working closely with the regional sales team, this individual will be the product champion and technical specialist that can ensure that the quality of product's installation is maintained throughout the territory.
Having worked in the trades you will be able to connect with the audience and develop lasting relationships where they rely on you for product information.
Full training is provided although an aptitude for sales is essential. This can be your step across to a new career working for one of the industries' best known and most highly respected manufacturers.
This position will involve running product knowledge sessions directly with the market to train and educate them on the product portfolio and their installation.
It will be accountable for identifying installers that are the highest quality available in the market and working with dealers to push through work to these preferred installers.
This is both a relationship management role and a technical installations role. The successful candidate will be technically minded but have exceptionally strong people skills.
They should be able to demonstrate coaching and mentoring skills whilst have the business savvy to spot a revenue opportunity and take advantage of it.
A background in building materials or construction is preferred and any experience installing siding would be ideal. The territory will be all of Ontario and up to 50% overnight travel maybe required.

A Bachelors degree is required plus at least a few years experience within the commercial or residential building industry.

Sidings experience will an advantage but not essential.
