Duties / Accountabilities : The candidate will lead several graduate and undergraduate students to develop and tapeout test chips with advanced CMOS technologies, such as 28 nm / 65 nm.
The candidate is expected to publish papers in microelectronics, write research grant proposals, part-time teaching.
Education : A doctoral degree in electrical and computer engineering.
Experience : A strong background in integrated circuit (IC) design, especially in digital IC design. The candidate should be very familiar with digital design IC design flow and related CAD tools, such as Cadence, Synopsis, MG VHDL.
Previous IC design and tapeout experience is preferred.
