The Business Systems Coordinator / Administrator is responsible for the management of systems that support both day-to-day operations and the direction of the business standards for the division.
Coordinate : travel arrangements - including plant visit notificationsstaffing & scheduling of switchboard and personnelpurchase / control office suppliesmaintain supplies for cafeteria / boardroom (including water replenishment, coffee, ordering lunches (if required) etc.
maintain up-to-date internal phone listing coordinate office / relocation layouts maintaining voicemail system (setup / removal of employees)provide admin support to SR managers as requiredmanaging / maintaining layered process audit datamaintaining QOS / KPI graphs on a monthly basis
Knowledge and Education
Post secondary in a related field would be an asset
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position is required.

Strong written / communication skills requiredMust have demonstrated experience in administrative and organizational skillsComputer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPointGeneral knowledge of business processes
