Job description

Assist the Director in the management of all store operations, including quality customer service, purchasing, sales, and marketing of products;

Supervise store employees, including scheduling, hiring, training, and staff assessment;

Supervise cashier balancing;

Manage store opening, closing, and maintenance;

Act as a resource person in the store;

Ensure the preparation and the follow-up of online orders.

Requirements

Ability to foster teamwork;

Well organized;

Like the contact with people;

Interested by natural and organic food;

Well-kept appearance.

Work experience

1 to 3 years of experience related to position.
