If so, CityView, is looking for an Implementation Specialist to work either at their offices in Victoria, BC OR remotely in one of our Harris offices in North America to complement our training and implementation team.

The Implementation Specialist will be working closely with clients to collect technical requirements, configure the CityView software and deliver training for our flagship product, CityView.
This is an excellent opportunity to interact with clients, travel to our various customer sites across North America, and work with a fantastic team in a fast-paced demanding environment.
What will be your impact?
Define and analyze client business requirements; interpret and apply information within the scope of the project.
Configure the software using workflow and business rules to allow clients to conduct their business processes.
Work with Data Conversion Specialist to achieve smooth transition of legacy data.
Train the end-users in how to use the software in both remote and classroom-led sessions.
Be an expert on the functionality and capabilities of the software, making enhancement requests to our product development team when appropriate.
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues throughout the implementation process.
Work with cross-functional team members including Project Managers, Data Conversion Specialists, Quality Assurance, Technical Support Analysts and other Implementation Specialists.
3+ years technical experience, and software training experience is required.
Post-secondary education in a technology-related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
Outstanding oral and written skills and telephone manner are required.
Previous experience with local government is an asset.
An understanding of database (installed and web-based) applications.
Experience with MS SQL Reporting Services (or equivalent) an asset.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills a must.
Be willing to travel on average 30-40% of the time. Some weekend travel is required.
