The Contract & Sales Support Analyst is responsible for office administration and working with Vendors and Distributors on their data distribution contract and billing requirements.
Key Accountabilities :
Work with client, vendors and subscribers to help complete their Market Data Distribution and Exhibit A (client agreements)
Build relationships with client, vendors and subscribers and assist them with Market Data questions on how their data usage matches with our various licensing options and impact of new policies / changes
Collaborate with Sales team to develop local contacts and identify key stakeholders in the Market Data space for accounts assigned
Assist in the updating of agreements when new revisions and new addendums are created
Engage clients and vendors along with the Sales team to review policy / price changes, and collect feedback on customer experience
Work with clients to ensure their reporting is properly completed on a timely basis
Ensure DataBP, TCB and Salesforce and are updated and accurately maintained for billing purposes
Update and reconcile incoming requests and opportunities (i.e. changes / adds / deletes) within Salesforce
Maintain a contracts Database and all associated notes to the contract as well as assist in the price review process
Work on general projects as defined by the management group of TMX Datalinx
Must Have Skills :
Post secondary education in Finance or Business degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar capacity with a focus on contracts management, client engagement, billing and customer service
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work with limited supervision
Strong working knowledge of the Market Data industry
Comfortable with web based service providers such as Salesforce, Workday, etc
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
Nice to Have Skill(s) :
Previous Experience in the Financial / Capital Markets Industry
Canadian Securities Course or local equivalent
