The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment efforts across the resort by coordinating recruitment activities and program as well as interviewing / selecting candidates.

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for candidate workflow in the applicant tracking system - a source of critical information for candidates, recruiters, and internal employees.

  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Coordinates activities of the HR Front Desk / Office
  • Complete full cycle recruiting during seasonal ramp-up periods.
  • Organizes job fair booking, prepares job fair supplies, ensures team is ready. Represent HR as an enthusiastic ambassador when required.
  • Plans and Attends all onsite and offsite Job and Career Fairs

  • Coordinates Recruiting initiatives. Examples of such are Staff Accommodation Connection (SAC), Temporary Foreign Worker Program
  • Is the main point of contact for student employees and educational institutions. Coordinates High School Co-op program & College / University Recruit programs.
  • Completes administrative tasks in collaboration with HR Leadership & Recruiting team. May include regular and ad-hoc reports, employment letters, job postings database etc.
  • Administration of Applicant Tracking Software; manually input resumes into ATS; edit process flow chart, with Leadership team creates standards and ensures standards are met by team.
  • WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • 2 years previous Human Resources or administrative experience
  • Minimum 1 year previous recruiting experience preferred
  • College Diploma or University Degree preferred
  • Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Detail oriented and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Able to handle discreet situations confidently and professionally
