Establish and maintain good relationships with the owner(s), design consultants, subcontractors and the field personnel* Support other internal company divisions / functions, such as the sales staff and estimating, as required* Ensure that the H&S Program is fully implemented on the job site to the greatest extent possible.
Meet with the Sales and Design Team and Estimator to become generally fully familiar with all aspects of the project* Upon the signing of the contract establish the Critical Path of the contract agreed upon Project Schedule with the assistance of the superintendent and key subcontractors.
