As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of your client’s strategies and business priorities in order to deliver insightful analysis.
By doing so, y ou will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members in developing strategic recommendations.
The role also includes, establishing long-term business plans, developing and maintaining high level executive client relationships, conducting contract negotiations for product and service plans and developing and delivering on revenue , budget and forecast plans for the account.
The ideal candidate will have :
Post-secondary degree in Marketing / Business and / or related field
Strong analytical and technical skills
5+ years of account management experience within the CPG Sales, Category Management or Marketing industries
Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship building skills - internally and externally
Experience presenting to clients
Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
Strong problem solving skills
Demonstrated client centricity
Previous experience coaching and mentoring team members
Knowledge of Nielsen products and services an asset
This is a 12 month contract role
