Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team to fulfill digital technology deliverables
  • Managing resource allocation
  • Manage, train and develop team members
  • Coaching and handling team member escalations
  • Setting process for team members to utilize
  • Maintaining individual performance of team member through performance planning
  • Verifying and approval all work and travel for all team members
  • Planning workload for each team member
  • Meeting with key stakeholders and clients on project / program needs
  • Developing processes / workflows for sector mobile and kiosk programs
  • Facilitate the on-time completion of complex projects dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between vendors, Project Manager, Developer Lead, and other internal stakeholders during the implementation process, including facilitating meetings, documentation of requirements, and timely follow up.
  • Manage and develop a comprehensive implementation project plan for each new client. Validate goals and timing with all internal and external constituents
  • Ensure a collaborative and partnered relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Apply a consulting approach to build, define and implement new solutions and strategies
  • Be able to wear multiple hats. Manage multiple projects, act as a Business Analyst with an innovation mindset, Process Analyst
  • Project managing from business process definition and right through to implementation and delivery
  • Able to effectively communicate project deliverables related to client implementations and work with all necessary cross-functional teams.
  • Education and Skill Requirements :

  • College or University degree in Business Administration, Computer science, IT, Engineering or similar fields
  • 5+ years of experience in technical implementations, business analyst, consulting, or project management roles
  • 1-2 of years of management or lead role.
  • Ability to work independently, great attention to detail.
  • Ability to strategize while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, assertive, and collaborative contributor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal as well as external constituents.
  • Entrepreneurial with a self-starter mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project; capable of learning new technology quickly.
  • Experience with NFC / beacon technology is Plus
  • PMP certificate is a Plus
