ADESA Canada is the largest wholesale vehicle auction and automotive re-marketing services company in Canada. ADESA provides state-of-the art facilities and technologies to help dealers and consignors buy and sell used cars, trucks, RVs, boats, motorcycles and heavy equipment.
ADESA Vancouver is one of ADESA Canada's 14 wholesale vehicle auction locations Canada.
The Customer 2 Dealer will perform various administrative and operational functions including relationship management, implementation and development of customer service strategy and collaboration with colleagues across KAR Global.
The specific duties and responsibilities will vary by auction, but may include the following :
Responsibilities & Duties
Aids in the growth and support of current customer base and acts as a liaison for public consignment and auction personnel
Contributing role in performing key functions such as coordinating KAR Global efforts, organizing and resolving customer concerns effectively
Manages all public seller phone calls
Following leads from word of mouth or actively looking on websites for customer base
Manages all cheques for sellers and works to ensure all assigned accounts are in good standing
Communicate with all departments to ensure proper marketing of sale inventory to maximize vehicle exposure
Assist with Public auction daily operations.
To take charge of the customer experience from initial contact to Final payout
Monitors all on ground public inventory and provide recommendations.
Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints, providing service beyond expectations and helping to ensure smooth auction operations
In depth understanding the needs of our individual customers and effectively offers value added advice and services to improve Public Relations
Strong understanding of all aspects of ADESA with the ability to educate customers on the best ways to utilize our systems and services
Experience / Requirements :

Understanding of methods for promoting and selling ancillary products and services.
1-2 Years of Administrative & Customer Service Experience
A current and valid driver’s license
