Responsibilities :

  • Review mortgage documentation for compliance policy
  • Maintain strong and positive working relationships to allow effective follow-up of documentation required to complete mortgage files
  • Provide telephone and e-mail services for prompt and thorough resolution of processing issues
  • Other administrative tasks in accordance with established bank procedures and processes
  • Qualifications :

  • 1+ years Customer Service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous Mortgage experience an asset
  • Bilingual (French / Eng or Chinese / Eng) an asset
  • Education :

  • Post-secondary education with a focus in Finance an asset
