Randstad is now looking for a full-time friendly Receptionistfor our client in Greater Victoria for a temporary position tomanage their front desk and provide admin support to theoffice.


Opportunity : Temporary

Location : Victoria, Downtown BC,

Hours : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday

Start : As soon as possible

It will give fantasticopportunity to interact with diverse customers as well asperforming clerical office duties.


  • Receive and greetall visitors in a professional and warm manner
  • Answerthe phone, direct calls, accurately receive and relaymessages
  • Processing mail
  • Ensure professionaland friendly interactions with internal and external customers.
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filingduties
  • Ensuring delivered equipment is organized andlabeled
  • Providing overall support to the running of theoffice
  • Admin support projects asdesignated
  • As a small office with dynamic needs,not all duties and responsibilities can be documented. Allemployees in the company are expected to be flexible and adaptableand to take on new and different work, as required and as thebusiness necessitates, on an occasional or on-going basis.
