We are currently looking for an Inbound Customer Support Agent to join our team!

Here's what you'll do :

  • Provide customers with knowledge on company products services
  • Communicate with clients over the telephone, email and live chat
  • Answer customer questions relating to their orders and relevant inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns to produce a positive outcome
  • Review and resolve issues in a timely manner by identifying root cause and educating customer on website, company products and services
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy and knowledge
  • Listens intently to gain a full understanding of the issue; acknowledges key points and asks appropriate questions to define and understand a problem;
  • interprets verbal cues to identify underlying concerns and motivations

    Requirements

  • Proven customer service, communication and telephone skills
  • At least 2 years of successful experince in a high volume call centre environment
  • Excellent listener, time management and multi-task skills with the ability to address difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Works effectively with different types of people; builds rapport and enjoys working with others
  • Works well in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Exceptional business acumen and professional attitude and team oriented
  • Proven time management skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem solving skills and task ownership; ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset
