Duties and Responsibilities :
Train, schedule, supervise, evaluate, and discipline team members.
Establish and maintain operating system and procedures that maximize the effectiveness of field services personnel.
Review daily records to ensure that all quality and quantity standards are being met.
Ensure that all government and company requirements relating to safety, health and environment are strictly adhered to and enforced.
Ensure that staffing is adequate and capable of satisfying the field services needs of the company and its clients in the most cost-effective manner.
Adjust labour up or down as required to maintain cost ratios below the accepted budget.
Plan all operations work to maximize the efficiency of the facility, service work force, materials, supplies, equipment and tools.
Additionally, track productivity for labour and material costs.
Ensure payments are received for work completed within the agreed payment period.
Establish branch operating priorities, service and installation methods and standards of motors and parts, operating systems and procedures for the groups reporting to the Branch Services Manager.
Other duties as required.
