Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
Prepare item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and / or marinating.
Use established ticket-collection procedures during service. Responsible for records from area worked during service periods.
Comply with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.

FoodSafe Level 1 Certification.Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills.Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
