My client, an industry leading machinery supplier, is looking for a Technical Service Manager to join their team in the Fraser Valley .
The Technical Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of field technicians whose main function is to ensure customer satisfaction through product service and repair, installation, and technical support.
The ideal candidate for this role will have natural leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

What the Technical Service Manager does :
Oversees the daily activities of field technicians
Seeks out business growth opportunities through market research initiatives
Reports on revenue and gross margin from equipment service, repairs, installation, and commissioning
Ensures products and service meet customer expectations
Implements process improvement procedures to drive customer satisfaction results and streamline the overall customer experience
What is expected of you :
Previous technical experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment
Degree or diploma in Engineering
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
Detail-oriented with strong conflict resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Currently based in the Lower Mainland is essential
Minimal travel throughout North America
