Join a dynamic, fast paced and collaborative environment. At CGI, we build trusted advisor relationships with our business leaders, manage key relationships with each of the Talent Acquisition Lead to support the business on current and future resource requirements.

We are very excited to add this new role to the Talent Acquisition team at CGI. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition for Canada, this role will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies and partnerships to key schools to attract top talent to CGI Canada.

This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment efforts surrounding employer brand awareness, candidate engagement, relationship building with colleges and event management.

As the university recruiting subject matter expert, this individual will develop an innovative strategies to increase the effectiveness of CGI’s campus recruiting program.

The Campus Relations TA Manager will be focused on building new partnerships with our target universities and promoting brand awareness to increase and improve CGI’s on-campus presence and strategy.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Design, implement and manage the Campus Recruiting Program for co-ops and new graduates
  • Collaborate with the business leads, talent acquisition and cross functional managers to develop campus recruiting strategies at targeted schools.
  • Align organizational university relations strategies across the organization to unify the approach to campus recruiting
  • Foster, maintain and manage relationships with targeted universities, partnering with career services, faculty / staff and student groups and alignment of recruitment schedule
  • Develop, implement, execute and measure the success of campus and national events
  • Ongoing analysis and refinement of CGI’s target schools to attract and hire high performing students
  • Identify and optimize process / technology inefficiencies to further accelerate campus results
  • Develop and lead social media efforts targeted at attracting and hiring high performing students
  • Achieve customer satisfaction with key internal / external stakeholders through recruiting delivery and service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design strategies to increase conversion of students to FTE
  • Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent degree and / or HR related certifications
  • Passion and experience in campus recruitment
  • Experience leading teams
  • Need to be fluent in verbal / written communication in French and English
