  • Significant* experience in the use of computer systems in the Compensation and Benefits area such as Peoplesoft, Case Management Tool (CMT) Regional Pay System (RPS) and Phoenix.
  • Significant* experience in the provision of compensation services within the Federal Public Service.
  • Significant* experience in the application of compensation and benefits acts, regulations, rules and procedures.
  • Significant is defined as the breadth, depth, and complexity of experience normally associated with full time performance of duties for a period of two (2) years.KNOWLEDGE
  • Knowledge in the application of compensation and benefits acts, regulations, rules and procedures.The following will be applied / assessed at a later date (essential for the job)Various language requirements
  • English Essential, French Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB / BBB, CBC / CBC or CCC / CCCABILITIES and SKILLS
