Order Processing Administrator Position
Rywick Recruitment’s client located in Toronto is looking for a full-time Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
Focusing in custom furniture, the company is looking for a proactive individual with great Administration experience and leadership qualities.
Established in 1981 our client has taken on many different projects and has been successful in custom furniture manufacturing.
Engages with customers through e-mail and phone in regard to pricing details, shipping dates, product information, and inquiries
Ensuring customer satisfaction by keeping them up to date with tracking and orders
Troubleshooting customer problems
Act as back-up for assigned team members during absences and leaves
Responsible for learning the products
Responsible for updating orders in the Syteline (will be trained)
Forwarding e-mails and calls to the appropriate staff member
Generates and follows through with specific reports on weekly basis
A high school diploma or certificate from a college specializing in clerical or customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical programs
3 years of Customer Service experience in a fast passed environment
