Order Processing Administrator Position

Rywick Recruitment’s client located in Toronto is looking for a full-time Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

Focusing in custom furniture, the company is looking for a proactive individual with great Administration experience and leadership qualities.

Established in 1981 our client has taken on many different projects and has been successful in custom furniture manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Engages with customers through e-mail and phone in regard to pricing details, shipping dates, product information, and inquiries
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by keeping them up to date with tracking and orders
  • Troubleshooting customer problems
  • Act as back-up for assigned team members during absences and leaves
  • Responsible for learning the products
  • Responsible for updating orders in the Syteline (will be trained)
  • Forwarding e-mails and calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Generates and follows through with specific reports on weekly basis
  • Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or certificate from a college specializing in clerical or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical programs
  • 3 years of Customer Service experience in a fast passed environment
