Search for new clients :

  • Research different types of organizations to identify new clients (i.e. type of operations, services offered, number of employees, etc.)
  • Evaluate the sales potential of targeted companies
  • Build solid contact with individuals responsible for purchasing videoconferencing equipment and for managing communication programs
  • Set up sales lead meetings to exchange information with prospective clientsOversee the sales process from beginning to end :
  • Evaluate clients' needs
  • Schedule sales presentations and create PowerPoint documents when necessary
  • Promote CBCI's products and services, and explain how they can add value to an organization
  • Negotiate the types of discounts that can be offered depending on sales volume
  • Collect the necessary information to open new client accounts, and submit required forms to Credit Manager and Customer Service Director
  • Demonstrate to clients the types of services offered via the Company website
  • Inform clients of Customer Service Representative to which they have been assigned
  • Prepare quotes for clients upon request
  • Perform follow-ups to ensure customers are completely satisfied with products and services Provide effective after-sale service :
  • Advise clients on the types of services and / or accessories that would best suit their needs
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Respond to technical questions or place client in contact with Service department
  • Carry out regular follow-ups with customers
  • Train customers on how to proceed once engaged
  • Alert customers of additional services and resources offered by key business partners
  • Skill set

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing or related discipline
  • Five (5) years experience as a Sales Representative in the Videoconferencing industry
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong customer service orientation
