We are looking for an Associate Manager, Field Engagement

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations : Toronto, London, or Winnipeg.

Reporting to the Director, Advisor Engagement the Associate Manager, Field Engagement Promotes the benefits of use of Canada Life’s digital solutions through a well-developed understanding of Canada Life’s digital roadmap / capabilities and advisors’ practice needs.

The successful candidate will employ a rigorous, data-driven approach to set targets, measure results and monitor progress, while synthesizing and sharing a combination of quantitative and qualitative feedback to shape the ongoing development of Canada Life’s digital capabilities and digital adoption strategies.

What you will do

  • Define adoption and measurement strategies and for assigned digital initiatives to achieve target business objectives
  • Drive digital solution adoption and enable advisor productivity growth among target / assigned end-user segments (e.g.
  • Core advisors and operations teams) through direct one-to-one and one-to-many field and advisor engagement

  • Manage execution of all adoption tactics from a distribution launch perspective to properly sequence the delivery of multiple initiatives
  • Provide Field Experience subject matter expertise
  • Act as a conduit to advisors and their teams to gather feedback and input into digital initiatives
  • Improve education and awareness of the current Advisor experience to head office teams as they define new experiences and build new digital capabilities
  • What you will bring

  • 6+ years in Financial Services with experience
  • Education acquired through a university degree
  • Stay apprised of industry changes and competitive landscape.
  • Strategic thinker with an equally strong tactical ability
  • Able to connect disparate bits of information to create a holistic viewpoint and understanding
  • Able to assess and prioritize work, identify key issues and manage multiple projects at any given time through efficiency and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to gain consensus and to drive for positive outcomes
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Able to foster collaborative relationships, engage and inspire the right outcome through partnerships and mutual respect
  • Fosters an environment of innovation and is open to the perspectives and ideas of others
