Responsibilities :

New business development (research, prospect and acquire new clients)

Build high-level strategic relationships with new clients

Attend client meetings and relevant networking events

Complete client proposals and agreements

Qualify & assess new client engagements

Support the recruiting teams to assure continual account satisfaction through maximum responsiveness, superior service levels and personalized client care

Constant upgrading of your knowledge base as it pertains to your professional development with the help of TFDL Management, Learning Tools and independent research

  • Making recommendations to some of Canada‚Äôs best managed companies while building long term relationships with the Greater Toronto Area'
  • s best performers in Accounting and Finance.

    Requirements : University degree

    University degree

    Previous experience in a similar role (knowledge of the Recruiting & Staffing industry would be an asset)

    Demonstrated performance record of consistently meeting / exceeding objectives

    An exceptional listener, communicator, presenter and negotiator

    Capable of establishing credibility and maintaining relationships with all levels of business executives

    An insatiable appetite for, and a commitment to, continuous learning and improvement

    A strong work and professional ethic along with strong business acument

    High need for achievement

    Proven strong time management, planning and priority management skills

    Strong computer skills which includes the ability to work well with various computer systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and social networks.

    Strong written and verbal communications skills
