What You Will Do

  • Partner with execution teams to design new programs and create implementation plans to launch new ways for working. In this role, you will facilitate meetings, track progress against plan and identify impediments to progress.
  • Ensure that each program consistently complies with Programs playbooks and methodologies, Project PMO standards, key controls as well as industry guidance.
  • Implement and maintain Program document repositories and systems to facilitate cross-team, collaboration, understanding and information sharing using SharePoint and the Project Development Library.
  • Support annual evaluation of program teams and coordinate identification of continuous improvement initiatives for Program teams.
  • Who You Are

  • University degree or related construction or operational training and / or experience.
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical field, economics, business, with a minimum of 2 - years related experience.
  • General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
  • Predict obstacles, challenges and risks to proactively resolve mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Problem solving, decision-making, organization and planning.
  • Motivated self-starter who works well independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred :
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Agile certification.
  • Power BI modelling software experience.
  • Previous project management involving field or engineering environments.
