The Commercial Lead on a large utility account is looking for an energetic and committed individual to help deliver and manage Capgemini’s obligations, and to contribute to the change and transformation of our commercial and governance relationship with the Client.

Key Skills Governance :

  • Support the Commercial Lead in managing governance, financials and service lines in delivering to a large outsourcing contract
  • Read, understand and parse contract language into a defensible opinion
  • Commercial administrative (SLA compliance) practices and outcomes are subject to audit for compliance including those that fail and result in SLA penalties.
  • Support will be given to all processes, including those around discipline of Inergi staff including secondees, which may reasonably be an outcome of these SLA reviews with the client.

  • Participate in audit, security, benchmarking or other confidential investigations or meetings that could result in management and unionized performance management
  • Have a strong client-facing presence, with the ability to clearly articulate your thoughts, and ably represent the positions of Capgemini
  • Collaborate across both internal Capgemini and Client Lines of Business to ensure that the contract is managed, and deliverables completed in a timely manner
  • Independently make appropriate governance decisions within their scope or authority
  • Negotiate to win-win agreements on an almost daily basis
  • Establish innovative solutions to simplify processes
  • Demonstrate confidence and the ability to guide and educate internal leaders on issues and risks associated with the commercial agreement
  • Deliver reports and other deliverables to a contract defined schedule
  • Qualifications :

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • Highly skilled in issue resolution with the ability to resolve problems independently
  • Ability to multi-task within and across deliverables, prioritize and manage timelines effectively
  • Ability to establish key relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship building skills with clients and employees at all levels
  • Ability to sustain high levels of performance in a constantly changing environment
  • Innovative, proactive, and motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement and a strong desire to succeed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
  • Qualifications

    Business Analysts enable the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise or its parts, with respect to people, process and technology, by providing relevant capabilities, assets (human and non-

    human), processes and tools. Business Analysts structure, analyze and visualize an enterprise’s current state. They design and visualize the future state.

    They also design and guide the change process from current to future state. Developing sector knowledge is extremely important for all Business Analysts.

    Functional analysts can specialize in Business, ERP, Application Management or Custom Software Development (CSD).

    Required Skills and Experience :

    You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology. You are developing your knowledge in a business and / or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language.

    Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.

  • Qualification : Minimum 3 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certification : If possible seeking BA level 1.
  • Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI s & Reporting
  • Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
