The Digital Marketing Manager will create best-in-class customer experiences through each digital interaction on rogers.com business website.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks at once and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

With lead generation and conversion as the primary focus, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to influence the digital experience through a customer centric approach, adhere to SEO best practices and leverage analytics to inform decisions.

What you will be doing :

  • Create marketing strategies that support customers throughout their lifecycle on rogers.com / business
  • Manage the execution of digital plans that support cross-functional campaigns to drive Rogers for Business objectives and targets
  • Document digital requirements to inform the customer journey based on the cross-functional activities from Product Marketing, Brand & Customer Marketing, Regional variances and others.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing relationships with both internal and external teams while working collaboratively to effectively plan and create best-in-class digital experiences
  • Bring tactical plans to life, evaluate, and optimize the website towards performance
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including but not limited to prioritization of incoming projects, requirements gathering, developing robust work back schedules, QA, execution and post campaign reporting
  • Ensure that SEO best practices are being followed in all digital initiatives and act as a subject matter expert to drive education and awareness of keyword performance and KPI achievement.
  • What you bring :

  • Post-graduate degree in Marketing or Business and / or related certificates in Web Design and Digital Marketing
  • Experience (5-8 years) with digital marketing preferred
  • Proven track record of converting marketing objectives into winning digital strategies
  • Excellent attention to detail (proof-reading and visual consistency) and proven ability to juggle multiple projects effectively, make fast decisions and prioritize short and long-term tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Acts with a high sense of urgency and agility to pivot projects as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective team player with a willingness to assist and educate others, share ideas and experiences while encouraging new ideas and ways of working
  • Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
  • Understanding of Marketing Technologies including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA 360, Adobe Omniture is preferred
