We are hiring a Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to manage customer queries, complaints and to assist management.
Candidates should be able to assist management in the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Experience working with customer support.
Comfortable using computers.
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
