As Corporate Controller, you will :

  • Supervise general accounting and human resources functions on a daily basis for all group entities;
  • Act as a resource person to train and assist administrative employees;
  • Assist management in the payroll process;
  • Help in preparing and analyzing statements financial and internal monthly financial reports and assistance in the preparation of annual financial statements - involvement in the process of the complete accounting cycle;
  • Participate in the budget control process of projects - support in the preparation and monitoring of budgets by project as well as gap analysis and production of management reports.
  • Propose improvements in order to ensure optimal budgetary control;
  • Prepare the required regulatory information and participate in the production of monthly reports of sales taxes, corporate taxes and government remittances of withholdings source and other reports to regulatory authorities;
  • Collaborate in the process of financing, obtaining government grants and credits;
  • Assist the Vice-President of Finance in the preparation of various company investment projects;
  • Analyze systems, procedures and processes and determine their relevance and effectiveness and participate in the implementation of management information systems and effective internal controls;
  • Present and implement recommendations aimed at improving accounting practices.
  • Manage and mobilize your team towards the achievement of objectives;
  • Help the company to respond well to emergency situations e and urgent matters;
  • Perform any other mandate that may be entrusted to you by management;
  • Perform any other related task, as needed.
  • Specific skills sought in the candidate

  • Have an administrative technique, a DEP in accounting or a bachelor's degree in administration;
  • Have at least 4 years in experience in business accounting and personnel management;
  • Strong organizational skills and priority management;
  • Excellent knowledge of ACOMBA, SERVICENTRE software (an asset), TAXPREP and the Office suite;
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing environment;
  • Knowledge of administrative principles and their application;
  • Demonstrates professionalism , dynamism, dedication and a positive attitude;
  • Be passionate about your work;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Accepts new ideas es and challenges and demonstrates a creative spirit that evolves with time and technology;
  • Reliability and respect for the confidentiality of files;
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team ;

  • Excellent command of the spoken and written French language;
