Our government client is seeking the services of a Bilingual Clerk with Secret clearance.
Drafting correspondence, reports, statements and other documents Updating, adding and retrieving documents using the Intranet system
Collecting, recording, arranging, transmitting and processing information
Processing invoices, expenditures, receipts and other financial information
Processing applications and forms
Maintaining inventories, databases and records
Sending, receiving and distributing internal and external mail
Updating, adding and retrieving documents using the Intranet system
Assisting in the control of stationery and office supplies inventory
Assisting in the maintenance of office equipment
2 years of experience arranging travel plans and preparing expense reports using the On-Line Booking Tool (OBT) the Expense Management Tool (EMT).
