Responsibilities

but not limited to, are outlined as follows :

  • MRI (Management Reporting International) is a Must
  • Commercial Property
  • Web / Windows Maintaining GL and Financial Reporting Experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel
  • Great Communication
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (F / S and supporting schedules)
  • Prepare all financial reporting required by investors and owners
  • Coordinate with Property Manager, Asset Manager, A / R, A / P, investors and outside parties with issues relating to F / S
  • Prepare quarter review and year-end audit work papers
  • Coordinate with auditors and address financial audit issues
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation
  • Review and approve property invoices
  • Review cash position and prepare fund distribution or cash call
  • Prepare HST monthly returns
  • Budget, IRR and projected Gain on Sale
  • Prepare SOA and related schedules when selling properties.
  • Respond to questions regarding variance analysis on quarterly and annual reports
  • Review and record account adjustment and write off
  • Prepare and Review year-end CAM and Realty tax reconciliation
  • Prepare and review operating Costs and Realty Tax recoveries calculation for operating budget
  • Prepare annual operating budgets and reforecast
