As part of the centralized Business Operations team, the Business Operations Manager will support the growth of the business by tackling highly important and complex challenges using a broad set of skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will leverage your exceptional project management capabilities and work cross-functionally with teams across the business to drive impact to our KPIs.

You'll support the leadership team on key strategic initiatives, with an opportunity to directly lead and deliver projects.

Business Monitoring

  • Providing guidance to the Data team so they can generate applicable dashboards, so business teams and Operations Managers can monitor business performance.
  • Monitoring on-going performance metrics for the business teams and identifying deltas in performance against plan (positive or negative).
  • Meeting with each business team regularly to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis for the business teams to assist in planning cycles.
  • Solution Development & Implementation

  • Identifying the impacts (people / process / technology) of change, recommending solutions, and ensuring our technical approach is consistent with the business’s strategies and future needs.
  • Working with business teams to present and refine solutions then gain final approval.
  • Assisting with evaluation of new tools, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Project managing implementation of solutions, coordinating with the Data and Tools Managers as needed.
  • Developing policies and procedures surrounding business system and the respective data.
  • Working with the Enablement teams to develop and roll out training on new processes and tools to the business teams.
  • Data & Experimentation

  • Ensuring adequate data collection processes are in place within each business team.
  • Encouraging and facilitating experimentation by the business groups to test more effective processes and working with the Data team to analyze the results of experiments.
  • Communication

  • Attending regular cross-department operational meetings and communicating updates and performance to the rest of the Business Operations team.
  • Communicating Business Operations updates and announcements to the business teams.
  • And of course, there will be other duties that support the Axonifam and to further build your skills.
  • University Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ direct experience in Salesforce.com and administration work, including the Lightning Experience.
  • Experience as a Project Manager managing multiple projects at once.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to develop and understand business reports.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of different business applications. (Salesforce.com ,Marketo, Gainsight etc) coupled with a good understanding of common business processes.
  • Ability to problem-solve / troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills and full command of the English language.
  • Ability to professionally interact with all levels of an organization.
