About this opportunity
The Marketing Coordinator will maintain and execute marketing strategy while supporting overall Account Management and Business Development activities
What you will do
Manage all presentations and materials on Teams site
Manage all customer facing portfolio content
Standardize and formalize all quotes and customer communications
Consolidate all monthly reporting
Develop and execute "light" marketing materials such as sell sheets and presentation materials
Standardize and manage all reporting templates
Research customers and other adhoc projects as needed
Organize customer events
Organize and manage marketing related expenditures
Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.
What you have to offer
Diploma / Degree in related field is an asset
Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Ideally, Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, illustrator)
Experience in a similar administrative role
Basic marketing background an asset
