Our client, located in Vancouver, is hiring for a Property Analyst. This position oversees the recycling, water, and millage data, and assists team members with administrative work.
The successful candidate will have the following competencies, education, and experience.
Proven ability to provide technical guidance to others based on their own knowledge of the concepts, practices and techniques of the related field
Proven communication and interpersonal skills to create clear understanding of expectations
Solid analytical skills as it pertains to the technical aspects of the work.
skills to develop procedures, methods, standards and controls and to coordinate and schedule a work team
problem solving to apply specific standards and guidelines to the work
Business Administration or other relevant field and 2-3 years experience within a facilities / property management environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Visio
Working knowledge of Property Management and Leasing using database software
Basic accounting skills
numerical, analytic, problem solving and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in MSoffice specifically in Point Presentations and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Manages time efficiently.
