About the Opportunity

Our client, a dynamic professional services firm is seeking a Human Resources / Office Manager for a six month contract, with the possibility of extension.

As the sole HR Professional and general go to’ person

The duties include but are not limited to :

  • Crafting all corporate communications, both regular (internal newsletter) and ad hoc
  • Participate in the planning or recognition events, special occasions and celebrations
  • General oversight of facilities
  • Recruitment, screening and participation in interviews
  • Preparation and delivery of employment documents to all new employees together with effective on-boarding
  • Provide support and employee relations to a team of professionals that includes managing leave entitlement and scheduling, benefits questions to maximize employee satisfaction
  • Administer bi-weekly outsourced payroll
  • About You

    The successful candidate will have the following :

  • Two years of Office Management experience, with preference given to those who have worked in professional services
  • Experience with progressive recruitment techniques to secure top talent
  • Experience in Employee Relations; managing to corporate policies & procedures
  • The ability to administer the corporate benefits plan
  • The ability to administer a bi-weekly outsourced payroll
