Your challenge

We are looking for a manager with experience in hardware testing recognized for his interpersonal skills, his maturity and his ability to influence others.

Skilled in technology and concerned with a job well done, he will be involved in improving operational processes by finding simple and practical solutions.

The candidate will, among other things, assume the following functions :

  • Supervise, coach and motivate a team of hardware technicians;
  • Supervise, organize and control hardware testing activities ;
  • Plan daily labor requirements and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules and standards;
  • Act as a change leader and as a coach with employees and by encouraging positive attitudes.
  • Ensure a participative work climate where training, communication and teamwork are essential;
  • Participate in special projects;
  • Participate and lead continuous improvement committees.
  • Define the assignments and workload of the work team within of the service and establish priorities.
  • Produce the budget of the service and review the content of the proposals.
  • Monitor the costs s, the progress and quality of the work carried out and determine the appropriate solutions to the problems encountered.
  • Answer complex technical questions formulated by the members of the team.
  • Develop standards and procedures that will serve as guidelines in the future.
  • Proceed with goal setting and performance evaluation.
  • Allocate resources and the costs necessary for the proposed tasks and activities.
  • Understand the aspects of the Production unit, the operation of the equipment and the reduction of the cycle time in order to ensure efficient management of the teams. work
  • Your profile :

  • University or technical degree in a related field and 5-years of experience, or a equivalent combination of training and related experience.
  • Demonstrated potential to lead and coordinate a group of employees.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) compulsory.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate the progress of projects.

  • Your profile :

    University or technical degree in a related field and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of training and related experience.

    Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a group of employees.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) required.
