We are seeking a motivated Integrations Manager with eight to ten years of industry and technical experience and two to five years of engineering management experience to lead one of our Integrations groups.
This position requires a strong leader who will manage a team of Business Systems Analysts, Developers, QA Analysts and Contractors to support some of our key ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Integrations.
In this position, you will be responsible for product design, development, delivery, and support for our tax integration products, working closely with Product Management and customers.
You will work with both internal and external parties (consulting and partners, customers, and prospects) to deliver integration solutions, implementation strategies, training materials, and best practices.
You will be working closely with Product Management to determine the product roadmap, feature set, and timelines. You will interact with customers on all aspects of product delivery, support, and escalations.
Job responsibilities :
Execute the product roadmap and projects including patch and maintenance releases, minor functional releases, and major projects.
Manage a team of Business Systems Analysts and Developers, QA Analysts across multiple locations
Review and analyze existing integrations and business processes and develop approaches for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Lead the design and product development process, working closely with QA and Product Management teams throughout the whole product life cycle, feature validating functionality, as well as preparing the rest of the organization for product releases.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and referencability through active customer engagements, product life cycle management, and support.
Maintain a solid working relationship with all departments within the organization, including Marketing, Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, Professional Services and Tax Research and Partner relations.
Support product rollouts and implementations as domain expert and / or primary business interface to other parties.
Assist in providing escalation support and training to Customer Support, Professional Services, and integration partners.
Develop team know-how and depth; manage individual career development including objective setting and performance management.
Bachelors in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent work experience; formal education in accounting / finance is desired.
3-5 years of experience combining analysis, design, configuration, and implementation software applications.
2+ years of people management experience.
Successfully able to lead small team of software developers
General leadership experience and experience as a software developer preferred
Experience with multiple development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Strong bias for action, taking ownership and initiative and willing to take risks when appropriate
Strong leadership presence and effective communicator. Must be able to present effectively to a wide range of audiences such as Technology leadership, business partners and executives

Experience with core Java, spring, and hibernate technologies
Understanding of Web Services, SOAP, REST, JSON
Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle)
Familiar with other open source technologies
Familiar with a variety of software development tools
Experience in unit testing, automated testing, code management tools and design tools
Good inter-team communication.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good collaborative problem-solving capabilities Strong experience with all aspects of the systems development life cycle (analysis, design, programming, testing, support).
Familiarity with accounting and G / L functionality desired.
Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes know-how a plus.
Experience in US Sales and Use tax and / or VAT highly desired.
Project management experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and design skills.
Proven leader who models a work culture that promotes development and retention of highly qualified staff.
