We are seeking a business-minded corporate lawyer to join our legal team at our head office located in Thornhill, Ontario.
Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, the successful candidate will work closely with various business stakeholders in Canada and the US on a broad range of matters requiring practical advice to address business and legal risks, which will include commercial contracting, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-call corporate / commercial experience gained at a top-tier law firm or in-
house department, with strong business acumen, a team player mentality, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in French will be considered a strong asset but not required. We offer a competitive compensation package, and flexible working hours.
